This Cancellation Policy explains the general cancellation approach for Blue Oasis bookings. The final cancellation terms shown during the booking process should always be treated as the confirmed policy.
Booking platform rules apply
If a reservation is made through Airbnb, Vrbo, Lodgify, or another booking platform, the cancellation rules displayed on that platform at the time of booking will apply.
Direct booking cancellations
For direct bookings, cancellation eligibility, refund amount, processing time, and any applicable fees may depend on the booking dates, rate selected, timing of cancellation, and the terms shown during checkout.
Refund timing
Approved refunds may take time to process depending on the payment provider, bank, or booking platform. Processing times are outside the direct control of Blue Oasis.
Cleaning, service, and platform fees
Some fees may be refundable or non-refundable depending on the booking platform, payment processor, and cancellation timing. Guests should review the final fee breakdown before confirming a reservation.
Date changes
Date change requests may be considered based on availability, season, rate differences, and booking terms. A date change is not confirmed until it is approved through the booking system or direct communication.
Weather and travel issues
Weather, travel delays, personal schedule changes, local conditions, or guest travel interruptions do not automatically guarantee a refund unless required by the booking terms or applicable platform policy.
No-shows and early departures
If a guest does not arrive for a confirmed reservation or chooses to leave early, refunds are not guaranteed unless the confirmed booking terms state otherwise.

Guests should carefully review the cancellation terms, total price, dates, guest count, and booking details before confirming a reservation.
